11. Payment
Payment must be made through an official payment method provided or specifically confirmed by UAEVisitVisa.com.
We may use third-party payment providers.
Payment is considered complete only when successfully confirmed.
An application may not begin processing until payment has been received and confirmed.
UAEVisitVisa.com does not normally request visa application payments to personal bank accounts.
Customers should make payments only through official payment methods provided or specifically confirmed by us.
12. When Processing Starts
Processing may begin as soon as any of the following occurs:
- Payment is confirmed
- The application enters our processing system
- Documents are reviewed
- Application information is checked
- The application is assigned to a processing partner
- Data or documents are transmitted for processing
- A tourism company or visa service provider begins work
- The application is submitted through a processing channel
Once processing begins, costs may already have been incurred.
These may include:
- Administrative work
- Document handling
- Staff time
- Partner fees
- Processing charges
- Technology costs
- Government-related costs
- Submission expenses
13. Visa Rejection and Refunds
Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the relevant UAE immigration, government or competent authority.
If an application is rejected, refused, declined or not approved after processing has started or the application has been submitted, the fees paid are generally non-refundable.
This is because services and costs may already have been incurred, including:
- Application preparation
- Document review
- Document handling
- Administrative work
- Technology services
- Partner fees
- Processing charges
- Submission costs
- Customer support
A visa rejection does not, by itself, mean that the purchased service was not provided.
The service purchased is the facilitation, administration, handling and processing support associated with the application. It is not a guarantee of a successful immigration decision.
A refund will generally not be due solely because:
- The visa was rejected
- The visa was refused
- The visa was not approved
- The relevant authority did not provide a reason
- The applicant changed travel plans
- The applicant no longer wishes to travel
- Flights were changed or cancelled
- Accommodation arrangements changed
- The applicant obtained a visa elsewhere
- The applicant submitted a duplicate application
- Incorrect information was provided
- Required documents were not supplied
- The applicant was subject to additional checks
- Processing took longer than expected
Nothing in these Terms removes any right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
More information is available in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Processing Times
Any processing time displayed or communicated is an estimate only.
Processing times are not guaranteed.
Processing may be affected by:
- Weekends
- UAE public holidays
- Ramadan working schedules
- High application volumes
- Immigration processing
- Security checks
- Additional reviews
- Additional document requests
- Applicant nationality
- Previous immigration history
- System maintenance
- Technical problems
- Events outside our reasonable control
Customers should not rely solely on an estimated processing time when making non-refundable travel arrangements.
15. Urgent and Express Services
Where an urgent, priority or express service is offered, the additional charge relates to priority handling, administration or submission.
It does not guarantee:
- Visa approval
- A particular decision time
- Completion before the applicant’s travel date
- Faster action by immigration or government authorities
Urgent, express or priority service fees may be non-refundable once priority processing has started, subject to applicable law.
16. Changes After Submission
Customers must contact UAEVisitVisa.com immediately after discovering any error.
Once an application has begun processing or has been submitted, changes may:
- Not be possible
- Require additional charges
- Require cancellation
- Require a new application
UAEVisitVisa.com is not responsible for costs caused by incorrect information originally provided by the applicant or customer.
17. Duplicate Applications
Customers are responsible for avoiding duplicate applications.
Submitting another visa application through:
- Another website
- Another travel agency
- An airline
- A hotel
- A sponsor
- Another visa provider
may create processing conflicts.
Fees may not be refundable where a customer has separately submitted a duplicate application.
18. Customer Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made immediately.
A cancellation request does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Where processing has not started, UAEVisitVisa.com may consider cancellation subject to:
- Payment processing charges
- Bank charges
- Administrative costs
- Non-recoverable expenses
Once processing has started or an application has been submitted, the service may no longer be cancellable or refundable, subject to applicable law.
19. Additional Documents and Information
We may request additional information or documents.
The customer must provide requested information within the stated or reasonable period.
Failure to provide requested information may result in:
- Delay
- Suspension
- Closure
- Cancellation
- Rejection
- Requirement for a new application
Fees may remain non-refundable where work and processing costs have already been incurred.
20. Application Allocation and Processing Partners
Applications may be routed to different tourism companies, visa service providers or processing partners.
The allocation may depend on:
- Applicant nationality
- Visa category
- Available processing capacity

- Processing conditions
- Partner availability
The customer authorises UAEVisitVisa.com to route necessary application information and documents to appropriate service providers for processing and related purposes.
